South Yorkshire XC League: Important Information on Entries

Monday 15 September 2014

There has been an important change to entries for this year’s South Yorkshire XC league. A number for all four races will cost £7 and will be available from Helena Brown shortly.

However, Helena has to email entries to the organisers in advance of the race. If you wish to compete, you must email your details (name, date of birth, age group, and England Athletics registration number) to Helena (phate123@sky.com) asap so that she can submit entries in advance. Once you have emailed Helena the details, you will then be able to purchase a number.

It means that if you wish to purchase a number on the day, you will need to email Helena a few days before with your details. If she does not have the information, she cannot enter you and you will not be able to run on the day.

It will make Helena’s job much easier if you can email her your details as soon as possible so that she can get entries organised well in advance of the first race. You have to be a member of HHS and paid your subscription in order to compete.

Details about the forthcoming SYCAA XC League can be found here.

The first race is on 12 October at Mount St Mary College, Spinkhill.
