Ed Prickett Relays, Nottingham University University Park Campus - 2 March 2008

Hallamshire had a men’s and a women’s team in this years event, a 2.05 mile relay race around the beautiful University Park Campus at Nottingham University. The course is an enjoyable but challenging loop, including a swift downhill start; then onto a flat section around the picturesque lake, before a tough climb that leads up to a short downhill finish.

The women’s team of Liz Wild, Hannah Whitelam, and Rebecca Newton finished 10th. The men’s team of Paul Whitelam, Adam Dyson, Dave Nolan, and Rick O'Toole finished 15th.

Nicola Squires ran for the Sheffield Hallam University team who finished 5th in the race. It was also the final race of the University Relay Series, in which the team finished 2nd overall.
