Invitation to Sheffield Universities Middle and Long distance runners

I would like to issue an invitation to middle or long distance runners, male or female, starting at either of Sheffield's Universities this September. Over the last several years we have welcomed many regular guests to our sessions. These are held at Woodbourn track on Tuesdays and from our Club HQ in Hillsborough Park on Thursdays. 6 pm start on both evenings.

There are two experienced coaches, Keith Whitelam and Ian Wainwright, which allows a large truly 'comprehensive' group tp provide a positive atmosphere in which to improve and enjoy the sport.

As coaches we feel HHS athletes have benefited from the positive attitudes of our guests such as Ruth Proctor, Hattie Dean, Euan North and Mark Buckingham, nor need their coaches feel that we are into 'poaching' - indeed ironically, it has worked the other way!
