Lizzie Wins Intercounties Fell Running Championships, Goyt Valley

Lizzie Adams added to her impressive list of fell racing titles by winning the Intercounties championship is convincing style. Lizzie came home in 53:20, more than a minute ahead of the second placed runner, leading Yorkshire to the team title as well.

Rob Baker continued his fine form after an impressive 3rd place in the 3 Peaks race, taking 4th place in 48:11 and leading Yorkshire to the silver medal in the team competition. Rob Little also ran very well to finish 10th in 49:03.
