Northern Intercounties U15/U17 Championships,Wigan HHS young athletes helped Yorshire to win the Northern Intercounties championship at Wigan. Elliott Payne was 2nd in the U17M high jump with a leap of 1.85 and was 3rd in the long jump with 6.08. Thomas Hughes finished 6th in the U15B lon jump with 5.01. Aiden Johnson threw 34.69 to take 5th in the U15B javelin. Sam Lawford won his heat of the U15B 100m in 12.11 and was then third in the second heat of the 200m in 24.94. |
